Muunneltu totuus vai peräti tilasto

Useammalla lehdellä näkyy selittelyn ja astian makua tässä oheisessa tilastossa. Mutta voiton vie yhden suurimmista miinuksista vetänyt Iltsikka:
noilla propaganda-
taidoilla olisi käyttöä varmasti ihan militääripuolella: Ilta-Sanomien lukijamäärä nousi vuonna 2009 useilla tuhansilla, kun vertailukohtana on syksy 2008/kevät 2009. Ilta-Sanomat on 718 000 lukijallaan, uutisoi ko. lehti.
Otsikkoa myöten eri vaatimatonta menoa:

Levikintarkastus Oy:n sivu löytyy täältä. Ei enempää katetta nousupuheille.
HS:n hieman erikoisen graffan lähteitä ovat Kansallinen Mediatutkimuksen tilastot. Se taas on printtimedia-alan yhdessä päättämä ja toteuttama tutkimuskokonaisuus, joka antaa puolivuotisia lukijamäärätilastoja pdf-muodossa. Tästä IS vetää omat nousu jatkuu -skuuppinsa opilla, josta hallitustenvälinen ilmastonmuutospaneeli IPCC:kin voisi olla vaikuttunut.

IL ei jää sen heikommaksi: Tuoreen Kansallisen mediatutkimuksen (KMT) mukaan Iltalehden paperiversion päivittäinen lukijamäärä on nyt 654 000. Kasvua edelliseen KMT-mittaukseen verrattuna on 10 000 lukijaa.
