Weapons wtihout Leaders in forever war

The first question the British will face is `Whose army?´ Asking for ones, according to New York Times.

The first concrete report of weapons from foreign donors reaching the rebels came Tuesday, but significantly, that shipment, 400 AK-47 rifles, did not go through either of the two generals claiming to be the leader of the rebels. Instead, they went directly to a civilian in Libya.
Wau! How we will from the North also come together as fighting for Freedom.
Now, seriously, why did they do that?
We should all be worried. This is one new absurd war in Libya as before Vietnam, Iraq, Aphganistan ..forever war without cense, still.
