Last year fewer people took part in weekly masses of Finnish Evengelical Lutheran Church, confirmation masses and school and college services.In my humble opinion, Church rituals is something kind of what we did not understand, and while, make us more stupid. And when it whole process in rituals is mostly below the level of our consciousness - also we will get thisimpression all over sense and subconsciously.
Whether over sense or logic? In real life there´s no such a twofold.
In fact Church contempts for sense of knowledge and empirical studies, but they have no any kind of sources of wishdom by of their own, while by indoor institutions, are halls empty now. In fact Church holds to a form of agnosticism.
So on the other hand materialism, a faintly hired science belief with eternity issues, can freely come within Churches, becouse the idea of man and world is lacking, wrong and twofold. Withhout such (lost) idea of an intact man, also the pat of the enlightenment, they have no longer the influential tools: no altruistic orientation, no street believable answers about life and dead, destiny, no ...
Mean line of thought-sense and intellectual movement for enlightenment will rise back to place in western civizations.

I remembered as the last year when 83,000 members of the Finnish Evengelical Lutheran Church left the church. According to the Church Research Institute the number of Finns attending church services has got notably smaller. Last year 10 percent less people took part in the main church services than in the year before. On the other hand, sadly, youth services and family services has gone up. But various trends in contemporary society is clear:
