Tattoos were a form of liberation for me. My family was and is deeply Catholic.I studied at a religious school, I fell in love, got married in white at 17, followed a career. I wanted to make things right.According to The Sun this person claims to live a normal life with titanium implants to horns under the her skin.
Why to `claims´ to live a normal life? What it means, thinks as `normal life´. Is this such way of life, which is soon to be defined by the bulevard journals?
Ofcource is something bad: Planing to have two more titanium implants added to the back of the head.
But.
She is, with those her own words, sacrificial victim by Catholic Curch.
In Finland we have support groups for the victims of religion. Independent association (UUT ry) giving help and support to those who feel that they have been abused, mistreated or deceived by an authoritarian religious community or cult.
Association also try to provide the public with information about different religious groups and cults.
Still cults (or religious communities) would obey the law and respect human rights acts declared by the United Nations. Is sure one real broblem.
Cult should not restrict individual's legal freedom and contacts to the outside world: i.e. relatives and friends.
Members should not be pressured into giving up their possessions, work or hobbies. They should also have the right to leave the community without threats or may some fears of retaliation.
