Since the violence in southern Kyrgyzstan, Mr. Kimmo Kiljunen has regularly visited the country, meeting with a range of political interlocutors, including President
Roza Otunbaeva, her Deputy in charge of Constitutional Reform Omurbek Tekebaev, as well as with a wide range of representatives of political parties, media, non-governmental organizations, and the international community.
Now former MP
Kimmo Kiljunen has been delcared persona non-grata by the parliament of Kyrgyzstan. The parliament made the decision after Kiljunen headed up a commission that wrote a report on unrest that hit the Central Asian country in the summer of 2010.

Tolitarism has still a hard core in Kyrgyzstan, corrupted little former state in federation of Russia, and people there linving in the liar. They don´t want to rise from lifelong sleep.
