Still ill

There´s one specialy more than normal intensifier way to lead, is our own, and we supposed that sad mannerism has causal relations between the bad feeling in people´s work.

Management by perkele is originally a Swedish expression for a Finnish leadership approach. And perhaps is better to say Management by corporal, becouse we have a national army, and after the army in working places, sure, corporals easily will get promotion soon_to_be the minor boss.
The flip side of this Management by perkele approach is that it creates an atmosphere of efficiency and straightforwardness; everyone knows what he or she is supposed to do.
Tasks and goals can be achieved swiftly and efficiently in an authoritarian atmosphere. Also any problematic situations can simply be handled without first discussing them.

said by Baron Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheimin in one of his letter. He, a soldiers of fortune, did know what he´s saying about matter.
Mannerheim was the Commander-in-Chief of Finland's Defence Forces but also the freemasory and some kind of Rosencross's member.

In other hand Management by perkele creates an atmosphere, witch is carrying reminiscences about so colled `the continuation war´, Finland was a co-belligerence with Nazi Germany and facistical Italy. No matter.
