Only now can we talk about artificial intelligence

Here comes a Map of the Mind by The International Business Machine.
The highways and byways, crossroads connecting the various regions of a Macaque monkey's brain.
A pair of brain-inspired cognitive computer, evolutionary algorithm, could be a new leap forward — or at least a major fork in the road.
IBM’s project to map still the the most complex brain networking project of its kind.
Now IBM has developed a microprocessor-prototype which it claims comes closer than ever to replicating the human brain.
The system is capable of rewiring its connections as it encounters new information, similar to the way biological synapse works.
One chip has 262,144 programmable synapse.

I have hard doubts about the extent that this development has already in militaryteknogian area for much longer.
