I´m not willing compared that. If I can says, it cuoud be somekind of way of finlandization, do it very well, to compared to thinks which are whole in different categories of the agenda.
The term 'Finlandization' is of German origin (Finlandisierung), and was first used in 1966 by Richard Löwenthal.
