The scientist says exercising first thing in the morning helps wake up the body. Researchers at Appalachian State University found that morning exercise lowers your blood pressure, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps you sleep better at night.

Dr. W. Christopher Winter, Medical Director for the Martha Jefferson Hospital Sleep Medicine Center in Charlottesville, suggests going for a morning bike ride or jog, or taking the dog for a walk.
Ok!
Winter (or just this man) says exercising in bright light is best (if someone has no light inside of his soul).
