This Path curriculum is based on the teachings of mind training (Tibetan: Lojong), a profound system of contemplative practices that helps bring mindfulness, awareness and insight to our experiences, both on and off the meditation cushion.
They will tell that these teachings have been preserved by an unbroken lineage of masters since the time of the Buddha, and are presented at all bodhi path centers, along with supporting practices and study topics, according to an approach compiled by the present Shamarpa, Mipham Chokyi Lodrö.
I do not, however, govern can not recommend to anyone meditative methods, which are these some kind of yoga types
I myself know of only the bodhisattva path, and in turn, it is the the whole life, in which every second of the life's orientation makes it self by meditative.
Man must be ripe for internally, that just does not happen with injuries with oriental meditations.
And if a man is a ripe for internally,
what he needs these meditations?
That for himself released, get out of here from samsara, even if the rest of humanity he's going to leave his behind?
My personal opinion is that we have a need for the highest ideal, which is in particular, Bodhisattvas promise, to practice the six perfections of giving, moral discipline, patience, effort, concentration and wisdom.
The Bodhisattva Promise is one of many Buddhist paths, but I think the highest; we can take in order to bring ourselves with others to the ultimate happiness, so as long as there will be the last one being, who still suffers.
Is my personal opinion too, they do not know somewhere in Far-east, how egoistic and self-centered western people are.
