I happened to go in one place: I saw it, a taxi was stopped on the street with open doors;
a ​​taxi driver had torn a black boy from his taxi to a sidewalk.
The boy cried out in terror, and assured, repeated that he has the money to pay for the taxi ride.
Taxi man did not believe it, but still ill-treated the boy: "you're lying", he yelled, "sit down, sit down".
Taxi driver called the police.
The police came to the scene, and found it truth, yes, that the boy has the money, but the police took the boy into police car and drove away.
He had not done anything wrong during this time  (i also have a video with voice from there).
