The rise and fall of ...

Australian-born billionaire Rupert Murdoch seems to be in excellent shape for a man of 78. The slight list of what He has done

But: in Britain, News Corp publishes three market-leading national papers, The Sun, News of the World and Sunday Times, plus one of the world's most famous titles, The Times. It also controls BSkyB, the satellite television company that has been replicated in countries elsewhere.
According to Evening Standard may it has been som corrupted met police received, and more than £100,000 in unlawful payments streames from senior journalists and executives at the News of the World, the Evening Standard can reveal.
People are talkin about illegal payments: If it´s true, and the Murdoch staff pay Met £100k in bribes, they will to be in trouble now.

The bribes were made, by the News of the World, to officers in sensitive positions in return for confidential information. NoW (the News of the World) staff and the officers concerned, accorfing to The Standard are likely to be arrested within days and that some `serious crimes´ have been committed.
Anyways, allegedly they were running a criminal enterprise at the News of the World. Serious crimes have been found. The question now is about the scalps. There will be high-profile arrests at the paper.

Skvallernyheter .. någonstans.
Enligt HBL tidningen noW har erkänt att anställda har hackat sig in i både kungahusets och olika kändisars röstbrevlådor för att få olika skvallernyheter. Dessutom misstänks journalister ha hackat sig in i telefoner som tillhör anhöriga till dem som omkom i terrorattacken i London 2005.
Tabloidtidningen News of the World läggs ner.
Det sista numret av noW kommer ut på söndag. Den osäkera tidningen har en upplaga på över 2,5 miljoner.
