According to Reuters the Vatican found Fernando Karadima guilty of sexually abusing minors and just sentenced him to a life of penance and prayer.
Chilean prosecutors investigated Karadima, but dropped the charges because the statute of limitations had expired. The judge handling the case stressed that it didn't collapse for lack of proof.

Barros attended a Mass celebrated by Francis on Tuesday in Santiago. Upon exciting, Barros told local media:
