Back to Marx - ac-tu-al-ly is a noun.

Soviet's poster for the International Women’s Day
Year 1935 (?)
Listen,
The Marxist tradition can be kept alive as an essential political component of the Left.
Marxist crisis theory can show how a rejuvenated notion of exploitation can illuminate the analysis of the class structure of welfare state capitalism or the assessment of international migration.
Philippe van Parijs has convictionded about that.
The structure and potential of historical materialism as a general theory of social change.
They explore and advocate a ‘capitalist road to communism’ that expands the realm of freedom while bypassing socialism, and they develop those aspects of the Marxist project consistent with ecological concerns.

However the last idea brings us back to Steven Lukes’s question:
Can a Marxist believe in Human Rights?’
If a ’Marxist’ is someone who follows the Marxist text with literalist fervour, the answer undoubtedly remains ’no’.
If, however, a Marxist is someone who – albeit recognizing that Marxist theories are
shot through with errors of detail, even have basic conceptual flaws, yet remain immensely fertile in their overall conception
simply can trace the ancestry of his most important beliefs back to Marx.
Te answer then becomes: ’Yes, she can. And in fact, she should’. This moreover, is what S. Lukes himself means when he asks whether the Marxist conception of liberty can really be achieved without elaborating a true theory of justice and rights in its support.
Lukes, Steven, 1985:  page 149. Marxism and Morality, Oxford: Clarendon Press.

In point of fact Marx saw that humans make both their life activity and 'species' the object of their will. They relate to their life activity, and are not simply identical with it. But Human, according to Marx, are capable of making or shaping their own nature to some extent.

the destruction of love in social reality.

Now, the Trump administration is offering an educational resource through its Council of Economic Advisors that asks whether or not socialism has ever delivered on its promises?
It’s an empirical question, contends the 72-page report The Opportunity Cost of Socialism.
It looks at hard data to evaluate among others the Nordic states that many on the left now hold up as models.
What about the Nordic countries of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland that are so often cited by the left? Our countries, the panel contends, also
support the conclusion that socialism reduces living standards.
However,
in many respects, the Nordic countries’ policies now differ significantly from what economists have in mind when they think of socialism.
For instance, they do not provide healthcare for ‘free’; Nordic healthcare financing includes substantial cost sharing. Marginal labor income tax rates in the Nordic countries today are only somewhat higher than in the United States, and Nordic taxation overall is surprisingly less progressive than U.S. taxes.
The Nordic countries also tax capital income less and regulate product markets less than does the United States.
Living standards in the Nordic countries, they note, are at least 15 percent lower than in the United States.
The report examines not only the track record of socialist experiments that once were vaunted in the West, such as the Soviet Union, Cuba and Venezuela.
The raport begin by pointing out that with the 200th anniversary of Karl Marx’s birth,
socialism is making a comeback in American political discourse.
They reference a broad body of literature on the subject and delve into
socialism’s historic visions and intents, its economic features, its impact on economic performance, and its relationship with recent policy proposals in the United States.
We find that historical proponents of socialist policies and those in the contemporary United States share some of their visions and intents.
They both characterize the distribution of income in market economies as the unjust result of ‘exploitation,’ which should be rectified by extensive state control.
so you are socialist.

Karl Marx's concept of socialism follows from his concept of man.
It should be clear by now that according to this concept, socialism is not a society of regimented, automatized individuals, regardless of whether there is equality of income or not, and regardless of whether they are well fed and well clad.
It is not a society in which the individual is subordinated to the state, to the machine, to the bureaucracy. Even if the state as an abstract capitalist were the employer, even if
the entire social capital were united in the hands either of a single capitalist or a single capitalist corporation,
sais Marx. This would not be socialism. In fact, as Marx says quite clearly in the Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts,
Communism as such is not the aim of human development.
Now we can ask then, what is the aim?
Quite clearly, by Marx, the aim of socialism is the coming man.
It is to create a form of production and an organization of society in which man can overcome alienation from his product, from his work, from his fellow man, from himself and from nature; in which he can return to himself and grasp the world with his own powers, thus becoming one with the world. Socialism for Marx was a resistance movement against the destruction of love in social reality.
Perhaps in our opinion, democracy is the idea that we can, and often it the only way, decide on almost everything in society collectively.
Karl Marx said that democracy is the road to socialism,
but the Socialist Party of the United States said that Democracy and Socialism are one and indivisible.

Previously life

Each one will be the result of hers own history, I 'am also,
you say, maybe.
And at Sunday dawn you'll get the last one night line by the name of the pig-bovine-cattle.
it stops someway (somehow) in suburban areas.
You have changed, and you'll always do it.
We go here just seconds.
Perhaps it is not even one second, the cold space is so old.
But the human has hers own task for becoming a real man, and find her self.
You took a task. And now you're going back to the bus top, you remember, the name of pig-bovine. but you're stronger than the past, perhaps also happy.

Lenin hated their church

Two fingers on a book.
The reason for such a `cannibalistic pathos´ is that Vladimir Lenin hated the Church even more than religious ideology.
The topic `Lenin and Religion´ has got various treatments, but each time its analysis was too narrow. Partially because of activities of Lenin himself, who called for fighting with religion as an ideology of the ruling classes that fuddled and enslaved common people. He believed it was necessary to change social conditions, publish antireligious literature and conduct antireligious propaganda.
However according to Victor Aksiuchitz  real Lenin's attitude to religion was not fully revealed in his criticism of religious ideology. Lenin's fanatic atheism, his fierce struggle with religion cannot be brought down to struggle with social harm caused, according to Marxism, by erroneous, but historically conditioned form of ideology – religion.   They in Russia should put it clearly: Lenin fought against religion and God, whose existence he fiercely denied.
This is exactly what we notice in Lenin's behavior. He could not mention religion without damnation, for he was possessed by the need of pathological reviling of the Divine: religion for him is nothing but sacerdotalism, coquetting with God, “the foulest of things”, “necrophilia”, for “every religious idea about a certain god, every coquetting with god is inexpressible abomination… the most dangerous abomination, the foulest pest.
To touch the secret of Lenin's attitude to religion it is necessary to remember, Mr Putin.
If you ever wanna bring back the Soviet Union, please, leave this corrupt chuch outside.

Yes, In his work Childhood disease of leftism in Communism, Lenin's 1920 pamphlet against ultra-leftism and anarchism, he taught that one should compromise in every issue, but not in the goals of Communism. He always jeered at those who were unable of this.
But Lenin himself never allowed compromise with religion. It never occurred to him to dodge God, the Church or religion. Stalin being a true Leninist in all other things still allowed employment of religion to retain power on the first communist base. Marx, who would not miss to say a meanness about religion, still made attempts to use historical approach. Lenin reached the main level of Marxism, and was ecstatic about the most vulgar antireligious brochures and critics of religion like som malicious helvetius.
Lenin hated not only religious reality, but also of religious symbols. He could not stand even mentioning God or gods.
He disliked also the Theosophists. This became evident when he was exiled in Finland, and met with the author Pekka Ervast. Ervast's own request.
As early as on May 1, 1919, in a document addressed to Dzerzhinsky Lenin demanded:
It is necessary to do away with the cassocks and religion as soon as possible.
The reason for such a cannibalistic pathos is that Lenin hated the Church even more than religious ideology.  In his practical attitude to religion Lenin lapses into voluntarism. It is not a ideolgy self but rather the result of this, which reflects one kind of dual nature of Marxism-Leninism. Lenin always declared himself complete materialist and atheist, but was he really such?
Perhaps no, but this was his project, that in humans may arise bright self-consciousness -  which is possible only without the gods.

»Kampf auf dem Papier«

Staten och Revolutionen,
bok skriven av Vladimir Lenin 1917,
Denna bok tolkar Lenin Karl Marx

Self-esteem is the core

I have found some of interest experiments in social science,
Something new and special, since the time of Milgram, recent experiments by Jeffrey Butler.
Does inequality feed on itself, asks Jeffrey Butler.
the answer is: yes.
Inequality undermines the confidence of the disadvantaged and boosts the confi dence of the advantaged.
Jeffrey V. Butler has documented causal connections causing inequality persistence. In a sequence of experiments it is shown that
1) individuals respond to salient (earnings) inequality by adjusting their performance beliefs to justify the inequality;
2) it is beliefs about relative ability – an ostensibly stable trait – rather than effort provision that are affected; and
3) unequal pay on an initial task affects willingness to compete on a subsequent task.

Experiment 1 was conducted in the XLab facilities at the University of California, Berkeleyusing the software z-tree (Fischbacher, 2007). Participants were recruited among studentsand staff of the University.
Three separate treatments were conducted. Each participanttook part in exactly one of the three treatments. All three treatments shared a commonstructure: first, participants earned money by completing ten rounds of a task that re-quired analytical ability.

After all rounds of the analytical ability taskwere completed, participants answered incentive-compatible questions about how well theythought they performed relative to other participants. Participants learned about the belief-elicitation stage only after having completed the analytical ability task.

Taken together, the results provide evidence for a novel mechanism perpetuating inequality: initial inequality colors beliefs about one’s own ability relative to others, lowering the ex-ante expected return to courses of action which require, at some point, ability-based competition. As the latter is a feature of many paths to upward mobility, initial inequality may become persistent inequality.
Buler got subjects to play an urn-guessing game. They were presented with two urns, one with with mostly red balls and another with mostly white, and were asked to guess which of two urns the experimenter was using, based upon seeing one ball drawn.
Subjects were split randomly into two groups, one being better paid than the other.
Each participant earned one additional dollar for a correct answer to this question, and no additional money for an incorrect response.

Both the low-paid and high-paid groups got roughly the same amount of guesses right. However, when they were asked: are you a better or worse than average guesser? things changed. Whereas 85% of the high-paid group said they were better than average, only 60% of the low-paid group did. Butler says:
Relative performance beliefs.
Inequality and relative ability beliefs by J. Butler.
This confidence is not just idle talk, says some-one.
In other experiments, Butler found that more confident subjects were more likely to choose to enter winner-take-all tournaments, thus increasing their chances of big payoffs later.

This implies that initially arbitrary inequality can become persistent, because it reduces the desire of the worst-off to compete.
Disclaimer: This is, of course, only one of several routes in which this can happen.
We know from research in personal finance that preferences for risk are partly endogenous; people who have experienced recession or the death of a child are more risk averse than others. Wouldn't it be remarkable if risk appetite was the only endogenous preference? If ambition and appetite for work are also endogenous, then a moralistic defence of inequality becomes less tenable.

It's easy to see that this might have real-world applications. It's consistent with some of the latin boys doing poorly at US-school; with working class kids being loath to apply to Oxbridge; and with women not applying for top jobs. It's also consistent with some of the unemployed not wanting to work: why apply for jobs if you'll only be knocked back?

This implies that a popular explanation for inequality might be no explanation at all. It's sometimes claimed that the successful are successful because they worked hard and the unemployed are unemployed because they are lazy. But this research suggests the causality might be reversed. Maybe successful people work hard because prior good luck has led them to think that work pays, whilst others are lazy because bad luck has reduced their confidence. In other words, it could be that the preferences which rightists believe to be the cause of inequality are in fact the effect of it.

Manuel Castells The Information Age: Economy, Society and Culture (1996-98) har redan blivit ryktbar.

Lekfullt inbjudande trots bistra minusgrader.

Look at the Land of the Midnight Sun - and what there were laying behind

Man from the leftwing, 27 years old
Ulf Sundqvist, Minister of Education,
drove through the school reform at the early 1970s,
The political right-wing violently opposed.
Finland is according to Huffington Post some kind of `the mecca´ of education reformers across the globe.
The Finns share with their fellow Nordic people a strong commitment to children and a childhood based on egalitarianism, freedom, compromise, and democracy -- the bedrock of the Scandinavian ethos. Reverence for childhood, as a discrete period of development, not as a mere prelude to adulthood, runs deep. Respect for children's views and thinking is paramount. Early childhood, especially, is seen as a time for play and exploration, a vision enshrined in policy as well.
Oh, well, perhaps all truth. ..

Hey there, our model, so called for the worlds best school system came from GDR, German Democratic Republic, in other words from socialism!
Did it have to be totally evil?

to grasp all this complexity state and man

The Paris Commune
(March 18 to May 28, 1871)
is often said to be the first example
 of working people taking power.
Human personality and as state are both an infinitely intricate entity and describing it is a complex task.
There is always something that does not fit into an existing model. One is Francis Delaisi (1983 - 1947).
According to Francis Delaisi La Démocratie et les Financiers, 1910, big capital has succeeded in creating out of democracy the most wonderful, the most effective, the most flexible instrument for the exploitation of the population as a whole.

If we imagine that the men of finance are opposed to democracy – as the author in question says in his book – this is not fundamentally mistaken.
On the contrary, they lead it and consciously promote it like so we have seen it with US´s neo-conservatives.

For this so called democracy that provides the screen behind which money men conceal their method of exploitation, and they find in it the best means of self-defence against any popular resentment that may arise.
This shows how someone (Delaisi) who has woken up sees that the main thing is not to make loud speeches proclaiming democracy; the main thing is to see clearly the reality of the situation namely, from how few centres of command events in the world today are steered and directed … The average person cannot attend to these things, because they are smothered and buried under the well, the same public life that is ruled over by the press,
said Rudolf Steiner (Oct. 28th 1917).
Now people might get into their heads some thought that the State’s criminality is nothing new and nothing to be wondered at.
It began when the first predatory group of men clustered together, hunting groups (term by Petja Jäppinen) and formed the State, and it will continue as long as the State exists in the world, because the State is according to Albert J. Nock in (The Criminality of the State, 1939) fundamentally an anti-social institution, even fundamentally criminal.
The idea that the State originated to serve any kind of social purpose is completely unhistorical. The idea that the State originated to serve any kind of social purpose is completely unhistorical. This is the Nock¨s oppinion.
Nihilism exclude out of respect. For we are the Stoics, the whole history of their activities.
And Marx saw over the historical phases. He, too, though cursed with democracy, and incitement `soon-to-be democracy´ at the Paris commune, at the same time as the money leaked out.
Also the fourth Rambo movie, in the middle of this, is also discussed about democracy.

See the World

NAsa: time lapse sequences of photographs taken with a special low-light 4K-camera by the crew of expedition 28 & 29 onboard the International Space Station from August to October, 2011. All credit goes to them.

"Democracy is impossible"

Democracy was originally a project of the somewhat affluent who wanted political influence so that they could shape their own lives, we know, but then.

Yet even as governments gain power relative to national parliaments, they don't have the strength to stabilize the euro. After each meeting in Brussels, the crisis takes a small break. But then it re-emerges, worse than ever before.
One could see the whole thing as a duel between politicians and the financial markets -- but if it is, the politicians aren't looking good.
I cannot say it better then Dirk Kurbjuweit in Der Spiegel.
Accoding to Dirk Kurbjuweit financial companies are not obligated to serve the general good. They are under no pressure to legitimize their actions, they operate in a secretive way, and they pursue a clear goal that they are wildly determined to achieve: high yields.
The economy has all the advantages. Politics, by contrast, particularly on the European level, is cumbersome. National leaders must legitimize their actions and reconcile conflicting interests and goals, and they must do so under the watchful eye of the public. They grapple doggedly over the euro, and sometimes things get ugly. But they are almost never successful.
What do you like about that Kurbjuweit´s thesi:
He is saying, at the moment, European politicians cannot speak openly about one of their most important issues, the euro. All it takes is a few words uttered by a finance minister for the banks to react with the extreme sensitivity. They immediately shift billions in assets, often to the detriment of entire nations. Words have become expensive, and that makes them dangerous.

Then: The banks and investment firms now play the role once held by the gods. Hardly anyone dares to criticize them, and fear of their wrath guides the behavior of politicians. Many are reluctant to speak frankly, while others seek refuge in lies.
... [..] The banks have no reason to be boastful. They were saved, and they owe their survival to politicians. If politicians had not acted in 2008, possibly even more banks would have collapsed. Now the financial industry must do its part to rescue endangered nations. A lender is partly responsible for a borrower being too heavily in debt.
It seems so, unfortuntely.
But I need less hard words and more spesic specimens and examples. Kurbjuweit did not give many, but sure, he is seeking for truth.

Politicians should impose tougher rules on the banks so that the worst excesses of investment banking are no longer possible. Something has already been done, but it isn't enough. The best solution would be an international transaction tax.
Politicians should also liberate themselves from the embrace of the banks.
Democracy removed people from the role of the economic subject that strives for things and is productive, but has no say in the way things are run.
It was only when humankind took responsibility for the whole that dignity and sovereignty were obtained. And to remain sovereign we must consider our responsibility for the whole when taking action and making demands.
Yes but is truism again. Less truisms, please. if I get ask for somethin, more evidence, and increase for real action.
People go to streets, and so.
We have near.
In Finland there were no Govement after the elections yet, as long as April.
The heads of the eight party delegations in Parliament on last Tuesday to decide how to proceed after shipwrecked talks to form a new Finnish government - more than six weeks after elections and two weeks after formal negotiations began.

Left-wing parties cannot accepted politic tehesis by National Coalition Party.
According to Social Democratic parliamentary group leader, a strong man Eero Heinäluoma, his party is examining new options for the formation of a government, including talks with the True Finns.

According to anothet veteran Erkki Tuomioja, Social Democratic Party MP cautions that a right-wing government would bring about greater inequality. In his blog Tuomioja also says that the Centre Party now plays a key role in government formation.
