Finland skulle alldeles väl kunna införa ett högsta eurobelopp för kandidaternas valkampanjer i riksdagsval för att utjämna möjligheterna att bli invald i riksdagen. Det föreslår fyra forskare som i dag ger ut boken Kampen om makten.

Dessutom tycker forskare att Finland skulle kunna använda sig av den jämkade uddatalsmetoden som används i Sverige så att antalet riksdagsledamöter partierna får bättre skulle motsvara röstningsresultatet i hela landet.
Boken Kampen om makten, på finska Kamppailu vallasta är skriven av forskarna Erkka Railo, Mari K. Niemi och Sini Ruohonen vid Centret för riksdagsforskning samt forskare Ville Pitkänen på tankesmedjan e2.
I boken beskriver forskarna hur valkampen utvecklats från efterkrigstidens klassamhälle ända till fjolårets riksdagsval.
Partierna efter kriget representerade jordbrukare och arbetarklassen eller de bildade klasserna och borgarna. Samarbete mellan partierna var svårt.
I riksdagsvalet 1958 röstade 80 procent i första hand på partiet, inte kandidaten. Med modernt språk innebär det att många befann sig i sin egen bubbla. På 1960-talet sprack bubblan för många. Folk flyttade till städerna och många jordbrukare flyttade från åkern till fabriken.
Nu enligt FNB ser forskarna liknande bubbeltendenser som skapats av de sociala medierna.

De som är av samma åsikt i de sociala medierna är som de forna partitidningsläsarna, som lätt kunde välja innehåll som de själva höll med om. Politiker och medborgare möts i de sociala medierna på samma sätt som de gjorde under småskaliga stugkvällar på 1940-talet.

Премьер-министр Юрки Катайнен предоставил СМИ ошибочные комментарии, в соответствии с которыми истребители ВВС Финляндии “Хорнет” осуществили несколько вылетов с целью перехвата российских самолетов.

Если пару недель назад российский самолет и нарушил воздушное пространство Финляндии по причине сбоя в навигационных системах, то подобное же можно сказать о правительстве Финляндии. Так, премьер Юрки Катайнен прокомментировал случившееся на основании искаженных данных, но, тем не менее, данный факт был признан не ранее истекшего понедельника.
В Финляндии разразился скандал вокруг Hornet после того, как газета Savon Sanomat сообщила о том, что финские ВВС, вопреки утверждениям политиков, не среагировали на случаи нарушения воздушного пространства Финляндии российскими военными самолетами. (По словам представителя Военно-воздушных сил, сведения СМИ о снижении боеготовности финских истребителей из-за сверхурочных часов летчиков не соответствуют действительности).
Госсовет признал, что премьер-министр получил ошибочную информацию о действиях финских истребителей в связи с нарушением воздушного пространства Финляндии российскими самолетами несколько недель назад. По этой причине премьер-министр сделал заявление, которое, как позже выяснилось, не соответствовало действительности.
Председатель правительства озвучил ошибочную информацию о том, что “Хорнеты” ВВС Финляндии, якобы, были подняты в воздух из-за российских самолетов. “Наши “Хорнеты” были мигом подняты на крыло”, - сказал Катайнен в интерью газете “Илта-Саномат” 22 мая. Оказалось, что “Хорнеты” тогда и не думали взлетать.
Неудачное время, скажем так, для подобный информационных нелепостей. Граждане и без того взволнованы кризисом в Украине, отчего и нарушение воздушного пространства Финляндии российскими самолетами имеет специфический контекст.
Этом идиотский информационный сбой оказывается не слишком благоприятным и для самого Катайнена. Неужели именно содержающей ошибочные данные “эсэмэской”, которую он даже не удосужился прочитать, глава правительства страны завершает свою славную карьеру?
По информации HS, Катайнен в течение продолжительного времени даже не был в курсе того, что обнародовал ложную информацию. Дело шло к выборам в Европарламент, так что дел было выше крыши.

Om ger Sannfinnarna billiga poänger - ett nytt lagstiftningsinitiativ (16 PM-sannfinnar har tecknat ) föreslog att ett äktenskap med en man som lever kvinna att föda 1-3 barn, skulle gå i pension tidigare än andra -  finns vi på väg mot det förflutna.

KalPa sparkade ut sin tränare, men för sent. För lite, för sent, finns sant.
KalPa som är sist i tabellen i ishockeyligan har gett sparken åt tränaren Jari Laukkanen.
Där fanns Savon Sanomat, vårt Mullikka-Dagbladet som var först ute med nyheten om den sparkade tränaren.
Laukkanen inledde jobbet som chefstränare för KalPa på hösten 2012. Då 29/8/2012! fick Tuomas Tuokkala foten på sitt röv.
A-juniorernas tränare Anssi Laine lotsar Kuopiolaget under återstoden av säsongen.
Senaste vår spelade KalPa i kvartsfinalerna. Jari Laukkanen hade ett kontrakt med KalPa som sträckte sig till våren 2015.
KalPa som sålt många spelare under säsongen har sju matcher kvar att spela i ligan.
KalPa har haft en helvet tuff säsong.
Vi har drabbats av många skador och vi har inte på grund av ekonomiska skäl kunnat förstärka truppen under säsongen. Vi har också låtit några erfarna spelare gå med tanke på vårt lagbygge inför nästa säsong, säger KalPas VD Toni Saksman.

I och med de besluten har lagets prestationsnivå sjunkit.

Enligt forskarna gör sårbarheten att det går att komma åt e-post och datatrafik.
Hålet berör plattformen Knox, som är ett säkerhetssystem som är tänkt att användas av företag och myndigheter som ställer stora krav på säkerhet. Samsungs representanter säger till Wall Street Journal att man tittar på påståendena, men att en första utredning visat att hotet inte är så allvarligt som forskarna påstår.

Där finns "mycket korruption under ytan i Finland"

Det finns mycket korruption i Finland och det är bra att Finland halkar i statistiken. Det får kanske myndigheterna att göra något åt saken, betonade Jacob Söderman i Yles morgonprogram.

Tyvärr verkar ingen bry sig om korruptionen i dagens läge,

Det är främst journalister som avslöjat korruption. Som exempel kan nämnas fallet Costa Rica som avslöjades av Minna Knus-Galán. Myndigheterna gör inte mycket åt saken, klart.
Söderman efterlyser därmed en aktiv myndighet i Finland som skulle spana efter korruption. Han försökte själv under fyra års tid i riksdagen att få korruptionen kriminaliserad. Initiativet kom in i regeringsprogrammet men sedan dess har ingenting hänt.

Ilves Ville Korhonen blev matchhjälte i Kuopio, då han först kvitterade i sista minuten mot KalPa och satte sedan den avgörande straffen i straffläggningen.
Sen Kalpas straffläggningen hade avslagits. See på bild (från i=s), så det blev falska dom.
Ilves vann matchen alltså med 4-3 efter straffar.
Men annars, mycket spännande spel det naturligtvis fanns där.

Now Finland’s Chancellor of Justice says that a controversial 700,000-euro report commissioned by Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen did not conform to the principles of good governance. The Chancellor was drawn into the fray on the basis of complaints about the government's way of doing business by members of the public.

Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen had come under heavy fire for allegedly violating existing tendering procedures in ordering a pricey report from consultant Pekka Himanen.
And in other hand, it - this easy money -  was too much for Himanen. His head did not last, and he, among other things, had to deal with the police.

Back in February the daily media picked up the story of a 700,000-euro report on future competitiveness commissioned by the government of philosopher-consultant Pekka Himanen without a public tender.

The procedure drew immediate criticism from many quarters, prompting a hearing by Parliament’s Constitutional Law Committee into the legality of Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen’s actions in ordering the report without resorting to established tendering procedures.

In a statement issued Friday on the case Chancellor of Justice Jaakko Jonkka said that the principles of good governance required that even projects of this nature be treated openly. He said that openness in such cases is upheld by introducing a competitive bidding process.
Sure, good governance requires openness.
At the time that the story broke, the Prime minister’s office said that it was felt that the research project wasn’t suited to existing procurement procedures.
There were ten complaints from the public opened the door for the Chancellor to consider and pronounce on the case. Although an ultimate guardian of Finnish law, he was prevented from offering an opinion by the fact that the Parliament had already decided the case.
The Chancellor also rapped one of the financiers – the Academy of Finland, which provides funding for scientific research – for abandoning its established procedures in bankrolling the report.
Jaakko Jonkka noted that in the case of the Himanen report the Academy did not define its criteria for granting funding and the basis for a funding decision, as is normally the case.

Himanen's report, the value in scientifically is almost invalid, and the the whole substance comes to well in other sources, and while the analysis may with good reason, call to some half-baked.

The work traces the evolution of these covert activities over the previous three decades, and analyzes how they persisted within U.S. Homeland Security and the last time Iraq War, in which circumstances were very chaotic.
It examines the use of the theme tune to Barney & Friends on Iraqi prisoners-of-war, the smuggling of a hundred de-bleated goats into the Special Forces command center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and the connection between the U.S. military and the mass-suicide of members of the Heaven's Gate cult in San Diego.

In reality, these people do not know what they are doing. With their drug hustle, and this one kind of made it self magic, as they know it, leads down to the input, and they can go to one direction, soon-to-be crazy.

Some called him an Elite hacker, man from New Zealand.
Barnaby Jack, one prominent hacker, died Thursday, although the cause of death is still under investigation, according to San Francisco Deputy Coroner.


Jack planned to reveal software that uses a common transmitter to scan for and interrogate individual medical implants, the website said. Jack gave the tips to manufacturers that they could improve the security of the devices.
Jack, who was 35 years old, had scheduled to speak Aug. 1 at the Black Hat security conference in Las Vegas. The headline of his talk was, Implantable Medical Devices: Hacking Humans, according to a synopsis on the Black Hat conference website.

He was a hacker who discovered a way to have ATM machines divide out cash,  He got tools to do that, told he at the conference in 2010 when he demonstrated his ability to hack stand-alone ATMs. He was able to hack them in four ways - remotely and using physical keys that come with the machines.

Jack made cash pour from a machine for minutes on end. After studying four different companies’ models, he said,

every ATM I’ve looked at, I’ve found a ‘game over’ vulnerability that allowed me to get cash from the machine. 

He’s even identified an Internet-based attack that requires no physical access.
Craig Brophy, a spokesman for computer security firm IOActive, Inc., where Jack worked, confirmed his death and said the company would be issuing a statement.
The Triton device’s main circuit, or motherboard, is protected only by a door with a lock that is relatively easy to open, Jack was able to buy a key online. He then used a USB port on the motherboard to upload his own software, which changed the device’s display, played a tune, and made the machine spit out money.

He had the ability to take complex technology and intricate research and make it tangible and accessible for everyone to learn and growing.

In 2009, Karsten Nohl, chief scientist of  Security Research Labs in Berlin, published a software tool that computes the 64-bit key used to encrypt conversations on GSM networks, prompting the industry to adopt better safeguards. His company, Security Research Labs, advises German and U.S. multinational companies on mobile security issues.
Now he says to the New York Times:

We can remotely install software on a handset that operates completely independently from your phone.

We can spy on you. We know your encryption keys for calls. We can read your SMS’s. More than just spying, we can steal data from the SIM card, your mobile identity, and charge to your account.

I ask, why nothing has been done over those years after in 2009?

Karsten Nohl said (the last, in 2011 to the Register) the attack works because virtually all of the world's cellular networks deploy insecure implementations of GPRS, or general packet radio service. Some, such as those operated by Italy's Wind or Telecom Italia, use no encryption at all, while Germany's T-Mobile, O2 Germany, Vodafone, and E-Plus use crypto that's so weak that it can easily be read by unauthorized parties.

The leaked documents by Edward Snowden, show that:Microsoft has collaborated closely with US intelligence services to allow users' communications to be intercepted, including helping the National Security Agency to circumvent the company's own encryption, according to top-secret documents obtained by the Guardian.

In June, the Guardian revealed that the NSA claimed to have some kind of direct access through the Prism program to the systems of many major internet companies, including Microsoft, Skype, Apple, Google, Facebook and Yahoo.

We found that Microsoft's systems had, in violation of an international Ethernet-agreement, open communication gates, which, therefore with accordance in this agreement, should have been closed - because for example, Outlook Expres could have been leaked.
I was afraid that it will happen, because sure at the back there were not any moral principles.

According to documents, which  the Guardian has seen, show that:
- Microsoft helped the NSA to circumvent its encryption to address concerns that the agency would be unable to intercept web chats on the new Outlook.com portal;
- The agency already had pre-encryption stage access to email on Outlook.com, including Hotmail;
- The company worked with the FBI this year to allow the NSA easier access via Prism to its cloud storage service SkyDrive, which now has more than 250 million users worldwide;
- Microsoft also worked with the FBI's Data Intercept Unit to `understand´ potential issues with a feature in Outlook.com that allows users to create email aliases;
- In July last year, nine months after Microsoft bought Skype, the NSA boasted that a new capability had tripled the amount of Skype video calls being collected through Prism;
- Material collected through Prism is routinely shared with the FBI and CIA, with one NSA document describing the program as a `team sport´.

In its statement to the Guardian, Microsoft says among other: in practice, US companies put energy, focus and commitment into consistently protecting the privacy of their customers around the world, but while meeting their obligations under the laws of the US and other countries in which they operate.

We know that in the USA provided Patriot Acts lows, for permanent exemption laws, of this beginning of the millennium.Their model is the same as in Nazi Germany.
Also, in China and in North Korea have such laws.
