According to Finland's leading daily newspaper: Nokia leaks into NSA

There in Nokia's management has known for a long time that the Lumia smartphone user information leaks to the United States. There, they can get access to the security agency of the NSA. In Finland, in Nokia phones the informations phishing was done, asked  by finnish police without a court order on coercive measures.
According to Helsingin Sanomat Nokia admits that the data can be transferred abroad.
