The way

"Light the candle, please don't speak
Open the window, let some air in
I'm on the run, from the news on the tv.
No lessons learned, all over the centuries."
Bill Fay.
A writer is dear and necessary for us only in the measure of which he reveals to us the inner workings of his very soul, said Leo Nikolaevich Tolstoy.
This is not a cheap bumper-sticker, perhaps.
He said also, everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.
This is not the case anymore, and does not no longer valid also this first one sentence, if...
Deep in his egoism modern man do think about something like that, that he can makes himself even more egotistical.

But this also has the effect that internally in humans, in which the spirit lives, awakens the imagination soon to be kind of opposite of egoism - to be itself this force in the world.  And then if he writes or makes art, he reveals to us the inner workings of his very soul.
He shares his light.
