Say to grace before having support

According to outgoing Prime Minister Mari Kiviniemi, oh well, before the election with the True´s fume bang, she has changed her opinion as the government does not now have a majority in parliament: the current caretaker government cannot approve the support package for Portugal.
Instead of approve the support package by the current caretaker government, the Portuguese bailout package should be dealt with by the next government. Outgoing Prime said that the matter is so big that a caretaker government like the one Finland has now could not propose it in the legislature.

The outgoing changed of opinion by pointing out that parties, especially Primes own Kepu-partie diminished, in the caretaker government no longer make up a majority in parliament.
But then The outgoing Prime Minister says, she had to be previously thought that they (Kepu) would have enough votes to pass the package (becouse bad results of the election was the only reason to her ougoing). And soon to became a notification: there is no any unclear thought in the air.

Maybe it´s not truth: Kepu will cheat always (an old jungle proverb).
