The blows of fate

Jan van Rijckenborgh said that it is wrong to use astrology to try to avoid the blows of fate.

Everyone faces these, some kind of.

He was right.

There is a micro-macrocosmic connection.

Our destiny is written in the stars, but it must be found by developing self-knowledge.

One of the biggest problems in our world today is that we do not know the basis, our bearing and man's spiritual status at all.

Know your karma

More important than remembering past lives (they can be false memories, or "symbolic flashbacks") is to understand one's karma. What has he done, for a long time, in his previous lives. 

That way you can understand your karma - although the road is long. As an example, I have told an individual who made a vow of poverty in his previous life, who does not remember this, and does not want to remember. I've seen him beat his head against the wall all his life trying to get rich quick.
